I like social media, mostly Facebook and Twitter. I use them for a couple of things. One is to meet people and catch up with old friends. I don’t know if you experienced this. When I first joined Facebook, I started getting invites from people I hadn’t talked to in years. It gave me the ability to catch up with friends that I thought were lost in the past. How do you use social media? Are you using it for business or personal reasons? There are a lot of professionals out there that will tell you what to do and how to do it. What I’m going to tell you is simple. Present a face that matches the page. If you are on your account, then be who you are. When you are on your company account, you should present the company name. It’s as simple as that. Everything beyond that is all gravy.
